About Us

Created by a 6-12 Certified Montessori Guide, State Licensed Professional Teacher, Certified Positive Discipline Educator, Certified Educational Leader, and MA in Teaching Spanish. With experience teaching at all levels, from elementary to undergraduate students, and serving as an external consultant for schools.

We believe one size doesn’t fit all students; the same applies to teachers. Teachers need differentiated leadership as much as students need differentiated learning. Qualified educators would provide all services with years of experience related to the service chosen.

We are concerned with the increasing teacher and school leaders' burnout and are committed to preventing those great educators from leaving the profession because they don’t feel supported. Allowing us to work with them is an excellent strategy for teacher retention.

We work with lead teachers, teaching assistants, interventionists, coordinators, paraprofessionals, parent volunteers, and other staff members involved in teaching duties. We serve institutions across the nation, whether they are public, charter, or private schools K-12.
